Return Policy

Maskapade is dedicated to bringing you the highest quality masks. Your Maskapade product is covered by a 10-Day Satisfaction Guarantee policy of manufacturer defect.  All Maskapade products purchased directly from Maskapade may be returned within 10 days of purchase, as described below, to ensure the customer satisfaction for every purchase.


Maskapade will accept returns within 10 days of the original purchase if the Maskapade Product was purchased directly from Maskapade. If the product was purchased from a Retailer or other Reseller of Maskapade products, then you must return the Maskapade product to such Retailer/Reseller, in which case your return will be covered by the return/refund policy of that Retailer/Reseller.


For approved returns, Maskapade will refund you the purchase price you paid for the returned Maskapade Product. Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit to the Credit Card you used for the original purchase, less shipping charges (which are non-refundable except for returns made under the Warranty) and less a 15% percent restocking fee.  Please allow 5-7 business days after the receipt of your return for your credit to be issues. You will receive and e-mail confirmation of the credit once it has been issued.


To process a return, please fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form located HERE


You will be asked the reason for your return and you will need to provide your original order number and payment information.  Maskapade will verify that your return is being made during the applicable 10-day return period. Once your Order is verified, you will receive an e-mail message that includes your RMA number as well as instructions for the return. In no event will Maskapade accept any shipment that is sent C.O.D.


You must use an insured carrier service with a tracking number. Please provide us with return information when available. As part of the requirements for this Return Plicy, the returned Maskapade Product must be received by us (at the address specified in the return instructions we provided with your RMA number), in the original and resalable condition and in the original packaging. You must include a full description of why you are returning the Maskapade Product. Please send the returned merchandise back in its original packaging, and returned in the same new condition as when sold to you, including all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation.


Backorders and Delivery Delays

Backorders will be shipped when the affected Maskapade Product becomes available. Some items may require prepayment.


Some Maskapade Products in the Maskapade store may have to be provided from our factory. Therefore, the shipping method you have chosen during the order process only pertains to Maskapade product leaving our locations California to your desired destination. Delivery from our manufacturer to California is sometimes unpredictable. If we become aware that a shipment of the Maskapade Product you ordered is being delayed for any reason, we will attempt to contact you; otherwise the Maskapade Product will ship promptly after we receive it.


Dispute Resolution Policy

Maskapade agrees to use reasonable efforts and reasonable methods to resolve any disputes or discrepancies that arise regarding you and Maskapade. As part f the dispute resolution process, you also acknowledge and agree that you as the Authorized User or Cardholder will not initiate any chargeback or claim procedure with out Merchant Bank or your creditor without first obtaining a special claim confirmation number from Maskapade to verify that you contacted Maskapade and provided us with the opportunity to resolve the claim or dispute, even if we were ultimately unable to provide a resolution.


What the Warranty Covers and Does Not Cover:

Maskapade warrants the Covered Product to be free of all defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase of the product by the consumer. This warranty extends to the original buyer only. Damage due to normal wear and tear, alteration, misuse, neglect, accident, or contact with foreign matter such as dirt, dust, or liquids, or any other problems not caused by defects in material or workmanship, are not covered by this warranty.

Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.


What the Period of Coverage Is:

This warranty is valid for 10 days from the original date of purchase.


What We Will Do:

If a material or workmanship defect arises with regard to any Maskapade Product, and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Maskapade will replace the Maskapade Product with a new or Maskapade Product. 


Please note that Maskapade cannot accept returned Maskapade Products without an RMA number. Your RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package containing your returned Maskapade Product.


How State Law Relates to the Warranty

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
